pkluky Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the pkluky platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the pkluky.cam website, you fully agree to these terms.

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined below:

• "pkluky" or "Platform" means the pkluky.cam website and all its services.
• "Member" means any registered user who has opened an account on pkluky.

3.1 Deposits

pkluky accepts deposits through Bangladesh's main mobile banking services. Supported methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from pkluky is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before processing a withdrawal request, pkluky reserves the right to verify identity and confirm that all applicable conditions have been met.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on pkluky are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pkluky offers new Members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager fifteen times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General bonus rules:

• The bonus applies only once, at the time of the first deposit.
• Claiming a bonus on more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds will count only on eligible games as designated by pkluky.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• pkluky reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

pkluky's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier based on regular play volume and activity:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.

• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using pkluky:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack pkluky's software or gaming systems.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or gain advantages through fraudulent means.
• Colluding with other Members during play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct or harassment toward pkluky staff.

If a Member engages in any of the prohibited activities above, pkluky may immediately suspend or permanently close the account. In such cases pkluky reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account and to take legal action.

7.1 General Rules of Play

All games available on pkluky are operated by third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi, among others. The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.
